摘要
通过使用西门子PLC模块、电源模块、数字模块、模拟量模块和触摸屏硬件,建立排水系统控制平台。主要创新点是通过通信模块将地下工作站连接至地面服务器,通过以太网实现远程控制,并利用水位对泵体实现了优化控制。该煤矿排水泵控制系统稳定、可靠、方便,可以有效降低维护成本和功耗。
By using Siemens PLC module, power module, digital module, analog module and touch screen hardware,the drainage system control platform is established. The main innovation is that the underground workstation is connected to the ground server through the communication module, the remote control is realized by Ethernet, and the pump body is optimized by using the water level. The control system of coal mine drainage pump is stable, reliable and convenient, and can effectively reduce the maintenance cost and power consumption.
