摘要
兵役是公民承担国家义务的一种主要形式,兵役制度与实践构成国家政治的一项重要内容。鉴于此,兵役制度的学术研究可以尝试开辟一条政治学进路。这是一种定性研究、一种来自于公权力对兵役制度的塑造研究,以及兵役法律规范背后的政治成因或规范产生的政治实效研究。从目前国内外研究兵役制度的成果看,＂政治学进路＂多体现在对兵役制度的发展演变政治因素、兵役制度正当性以及兵役制度中国家与公民关系三个方面的研究中。未来兵役制度的政治学研究,除了将政治学理论娴熟应用于兵役制度研究,同时必须关注其对中国问题的应用价值。
Military service is a major form of national obligations which citizens should undertake , military service system and practice constitute an important part of national politics. For that reason, the academic research of the military service system can try to open up a political approach. It is a qualitative study, a study of the public rights forming the military service system, as well as a study of the political effect which come from the military service law or norms behind the military service system. From the current domestic and foreign research about military service system, the aPolitical science approach^ is reflected in three aspects： the military service system development and political factors, the military service system legitimacy and the relationship between the country and the citizens the in the military service system. The future political science research of the military service system should apply political theory to the military service system, and must pay attention to its application value to the China issue.
