摘要
兵制是组织、管理、发展和储备军事力量的制度,决定一个国家的国防水平,讨论美军的训练模式、军事任务、价值观都绕不开兵制。本文通过对美国兵制四个关键词的辨析,展示了美国兵制在不同发展阶段的形态、内涵和影响。不同阶段的兵制特点不仅反映现实的迫切需求,同时也有力地塑造着现实。
The military system is a system of organizing,managing,developing and stockpiled military forces,which determines a country’s national defense level.To discusses the training mode,military tasks and values of the U.S.military,military system can’t be avoided.Through the analysis of the four key words of American military system,this paper shows the form,connotation and influence of American military system at different stages of development.The characteristics of the military system at different stages not only reflect the urgent needs of reality,but also strongly shape the reality.
