金莲花不同花部提取物的抗炎活性 被引量:10

摘要 目的:研究金莲花花萼、花冠、花蕊群、子房、花柄5个花部提取物的抗炎活性,探讨抗炎活性与其总黄酮含量的相关性。方法:通过LPS诱导的RAW264.7细胞体外炎症模型,采用Griess试剂法测定细胞的NO释放量,考察不同花部提取物的抗炎活性;采用硝酸铝比色法测定各花部提取物的总黄酮含量。结果:金莲花各花部提取物均能抑制LPS诱导的RAW264.7细胞分泌NO,抑制率顺序为子房和花蕊群>花萼和花柄>花冠;各花部提取物的总黄酮含量顺序为花柄>花萼>花冠>子房>花蕊群。结论:金莲花各花部提取物均有抗炎作用,且抗炎活性的强弱与其总黄酮含量不成正比。 Objective : To study the anti-inflammatory activity of the extracts from calyx, corolla, stamen and pistil, ovary and stalk of Trollius chinensis, and explore the correlation between their anti-inflammatory activity and their total fla- vonoids content. Methods: The anti-inflammatory activity of different floral part extracts was investigated by measuring the NO release through LPS-induced in vitro inflammation model of RAW264. 7 cells with Griess reagent method. The content of total flavonoids in each floral part extracts was determined by aluminum nitrate co]orimetry. Results: All floral part extracts inhibited the secretion of NO by LPS-induced RAW264. 7 cells, and the inhibition rates were in in the order of ovary, stamen and pistil 〉 calyx and pedicel 〉 corolla. The contents of total flavonoids in each floral part of T. chinensis were in the order of stalk 〉 calyx 〉 corolla 〉 ovary 〉 stamen and pistil. Conclusion : The extracts from different floral parts of T. chinensis have anti-inflammatory effects, while their anti-inflammatory activity is not proportional to the concentration of total flavonoids.
