摘要
目的探讨血清总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、前白蛋白(PA)、尿酸(UA)、胱抑素C(Cys C)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)水平在不同程度妊娠高血压综合征(PIH)产妇中的临床意义。方法选择天津市中心妇产科医院正常妊娠女性50例、妊娠高血压患者40例、轻度子痫前期患者45例和重度子痫前期患者45例,检测并分析各组TP、ALB、PA、UA、Cys C、LDH水平的变化。结果血清中TP、ALB、PA含量在正常妊娠组、妊娠高血压组、轻度子痫前期组、重度子痫前期组中依次下降,其中TP和ALB含量重度子痫前期组与前面各组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);PA含量轻度子痫前期组与正常妊娠组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),重度子痫前期组与正常妊娠组和妊娠高血压组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清中UA、Cys C、LDH含量在正常妊娠组、妊娠高血压组、轻度子痫前期组、重度子痫前期组依次升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 TP、ALB、PA、UA、Cys C、LDH在PIH的诊断、监测病情及预后评估中具有重要意义。
Objective To explore the clinical significance of serum total protein（TP）,albumin（ALB）,prealbumin（PA）,uric acid（UA）,Cystatin C（Cys C）and lactate dehydrogenase（LDH）in pregnant women with different degrees pregnancy induced hypertension（PIH）. Methods The changes of TP,ALB,PA,UA,Cys C and LDH were detected in 50 cases of normal pregnant women,40 cases of hypertensive pregnancy,45 cases of mild preeclampsia and 45 cases of severe preeclampsia. Results The levels of TP,ALB and PA in serum decreased gradually in normal pregnancy group,pregnancy induced hypertension group, mild preeclampsia group and severe preeclampsia group. TP and ALB contents in severe preeclampsia group were significantly different from those in the preceding groups（P〈0.01）. The difference of PA content between mild preeclampsia group and normal pregnancy group was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. There was significant difference between severe preeclampsia group and normal pregnancy group and pregnancy induced hypertension group（P〈0.05）. The levels of UA,Cys C and LDH in serum increased gradually in normal pregnancy group,pregnancy induced hypertension group,mild preeclampsia group and severe preeclampsia group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion TP,ALB,PA,UA,Cys C and LDH had important clinical value in diagnosis,condition monitoring and prognosis assessment for PIH.
