摘要
改革开放以来,为了发展社会经济,工程建设数量和规模都有了显著增长。随着时间的推移,建筑物地基基础问题逐渐暴露出来,甚至引发工程安全事故。在这种情况下,对既有建筑物进行加固修缮十分必要。论文探讨了建筑物加固修缮与地基基础加固必要性和重要性,并且对建筑物加固修缮勘察与地基基础加固方案选择进行了具体分析。
Since the reform and opening up, in order to develop the social economy, the number and scale ofproj ect construction have increased significantly. With the passage of time, the base of the foundation of the building is gradually exposed, and even causes the engineering safety accident. In this case, it is necessary to reinforce the existing buildings. This paper discusses the necessity and importance of building reinforcement and repairing and base of fotmdation reinforcement, and analyzes the selection of fotmdation reinforcement plan.
