摘要
某5万m3储油罐基础发生不均匀沉降后采用袖阀管法注浆技术进行了纠偏处理。文章介绍了袖阀管法注浆技术特点、工艺原理及工艺流程,重点从孔位布置、测量控制、开孔与成孔、注浆顺序和压力、封孔处理等方面介绍了袖阀管法注浆实施过程,论述了质量控制要点,对施工过程中出现的问题进行了分析,并提出了处理措施。施工结果表明:罐基础采用袖阀管法注浆技术纠偏后,达到了预期的目的,使储罐能够继续安全使用。
The foundation of a 5×104 m3 storage tank was treated with sleeve valve tube grouting tech- nique after it had uneven settlement. This paper describes the technical features, process principle and processflow of that technique, putting emphasis on the implementation procedure of hole position arrangement, mea- suring control, boring and hole completion, grouting sequence, pressure treatment and hole seal. It discusses key points of construction quality control, analyzes problems occurred during the construction and puts forward treatment measures. The practical results show that the tank foundation has satisfied the engineering require- ment after it was treated with the sleeve valve tube grouting technique.
