摘要
某新建住宅小区由于长期停工、受多年水侵及反复冻融影响,造成部分住宅楼基底土物理力学指标发生重大变化,土层含水率增高,孔隙比增大,承载力明显降低。通过对该工程地基土性质、沉降变形数值、上部荷载影响、经济造价对比等方面的分析和计算,合理选择了静压桩托换法结合加大截面法、筏片连通法的综合性地基基础加固方法,使之兼顾安全性、可行性和经济性,达到了最优的加固效果,体现了精细化设计对于地基基础加固方案选择的重要性。
In a new-built residential area,due to the long-term shutdown and water intrusion and repeated freezing and thawing for many years,there have been major changes in the physical and mechanical indicators for the base soil of some residential buildings.The soil moisture content has increased;the void ratio has increased;and the bearing capacity has significantly reduced.Through the analysis and calculation for the foundation soil properties,settlement deformation value,top load effect,economic cost comparison and other aspects of the project,a comprehensive foundation reinforcement method has been reasonably selected which combined static pressure pile underpinning method,enlarged section method and raft connection method.It takes into account safety,feasibility and economic factors,and achieves the optimal reinforcement results,which reflects the importance of refined design to the selection of foundation reinforcement plans.
