ERP专业人才培养模式研究

摘要 为了培养满足社会需要的专业化ERP人才,学校需改革并重构原有的ERP教学模式。论文以企业对ERP人才的需求作为出发点,经过对ERP人才培养机制的研究,分析了ERP人才的培养定位,并结合ERP教学目标,在关于课程建设、实践教学和顶岗实习三个方面,提出了促进和提高ERP专业培训质量的相关建议和措施。 In order to train professional ERP talents to meet the needs of society, schools need to reform and reconstruct the original ERP teaching mode. The paper takes the enterprise's demand for ERP talents as the starting point, through studying the training mechanism of ERP talents, the training and positioning of ERP talents are analyzed. And combined with the goal of ERP teaching, some suggestions and measures are put forward to promote and improve the training quality of ERP major from three aspects of curriculum construction, practical teaching and job placement practice.
