摘要
本文通过分析目前"两化融合"背景下企业ERP(企业资源计划系统)人才岗位需求以及ERP人才培养存在的问题及原因,从而提出高职ERP人才培养的途径和思路:明确人才培养目标,准确定位专业建设方向,实施"训研创"一体化的人才培养教学体系,采用走出去引进来的人才培养途径,通过三课堂联动,校企联合培养ERP人才,努力培养双师型、复合型教师团队。
This paper analyzes the current job requirements of ERP talents and the problems and causes of ERP talents cultivation un- der the background of ＂two integrations＂, and proposes ways and ideas for the cultivation of ERP talents in higher vocational colleges： clarifying talent training objectives and accurately positioning professional construction. The ＂Training Research and Innovation＂ inte- grated talent training education system was adopted, and the talent training approach introduced through the outside world was adopt- ed. Through three classroom interactions, the school and enterprise.jointly cultivated ERP talents and worked hard to cultivate dual- qualified and compound teacher teams.
