摘要
传统教学方式的Enterprise Resouce Planning(ERP)沙盘模拟实验教学,缺乏学生自己学习的过程,无法平衡学生参差不齐的知识水平,教学效果差。提出基于“三自主”学习法的ERP沙盘模拟实验教学及实践方法,利用ERP沙盘模拟的体验式、互动式、团队式与趣味式教学特点,规划以自主学习为核心的学校、教师、学生自主成长的“三自主”整合思想的课堂教学新模式,通过“三自主”整合思想的ERP沙盘模拟实验教学流程,实现ERP沙盘模拟实验教学及实践。实验结果说明,所提方法进行ERP沙盘模拟实验教学的教学成绩比传统教学方法平均高4.6分,95.52%的学生对该方法的教学效果满意,认为该方法对培养学生综合技能有作用的学生占92.54%,说明所提方法是一种高质量的ERP沙盘模拟实验教学方法。
The traditional ERP sand table simulation training teaching method lacks students’self-learning process,cannot balance students’uneven knowledge level,and the teaching effect is poor.This paper puts forward the experimental teaching method of ERP sand table simulation based on"three autonomous"learning,and makes use of the experience,interactive,team and interesting teaching features of ERP sand table simulation experiments.The"three autonomous"teaching mode integrates ideas with autonomous learning,and realizes ERP sand table simulation experiment teaching.The teaching results of the ERP sand table simulation experiment teaching based on"three autonomous"are 4.6 points higher than the average of the traditional teaching method,and 96.54%students are satisfied with the teaching effect of the method.The results show that the method is a high quality ERP sand table simulation experiment teaching method.
