摘要
为满足工业生产过程中对复杂工件表面缺陷检测的需求,基于远心物镜成像原理,运用光学设计CAD软件ZEMAX设计了一款大视场大景深的物方远心物镜。该物镜适配1/2"CCD,由6片透镜组成,采用了近似对称的结构。其工作波长为可见光范围,放大倍率为-0.16,工作距离为350mm,物方最大视场为45mm。通过设计和系统优化,最终实现了较大的景深(12mm)和较高的分辨率(87.5lp/mm),同时也很好地校正了各种像差,系统最大畸变控制在0.5%以内。总体来说,成像质量能够满足实际机器视觉检测的要求。
In order to meet the requirements to detect defects on the surface of complex workpiece in the process of industrial production,a telecentric lens of object space with wide field of view and large depth of field is designed by using optical simulation software ZEMAX based on the telecentric imaging principle.The objective is an approximate symmetrical structure,which consists of 6 pieces lenses,with 1/2" CCD camera.The working wavelengths are in the visible light range,and the magnification of the system is-0.16×.Its working distance is 350 mm,and the widest field of view can be up to 45 mm.Through a series of designs and system optimizations,the large depth of field(12 mm)and the high resolution(87.5 lp/mm)are ultimately achieved.At the same time,all kinds of aberrations are well corrected.The largest distortion is only less than 0.5%.Generally speaking,the good performance of imaging quality can meet the overall design requirements of actual production testing.
