摘要
伴随着光电技术的发展,机器视觉检测在工业生产中变得极为重要。本文提出了一个用于光学测量的物方远心光路镜头,其设计要求是:工作距离120mm,放大倍率0.8倍,数值孔径NA为0.035,像面CCD尺寸2/3英寸,畸变不超过0.15%,空间截止频率83lp/mm,全部视场MTF大于0.3。通过选择合适的初始结构,然后经过ZEMAX软件的模拟和优化,得到镜头的畸变为0.02%,放大倍率0.8倍,截止频率83lp/mm处曲线高度都大于0.3,符合给定的设计要求且结构紧凑。
With the development of optoelectronic technology,machine vision inspection has becomeextremely important in industrial production.The paper presents a telecentric lens for optical measurement,the design requirements are:working distance120mm,magnification0.8,the numerical aperture NA is0.035,CCD size2/3inch,distortion does not exceed0.15%,the space cut-off frequency83lp/mm,all fieldMTF greater than0.3.By selecting the appropriate initial structure,and then using ZEMAX for simulationand optimization,we get the compact structure which meet the given design requirements,lens distortionis0.02%,magnification0.8,cut-off frequency83lp/mm MTF is greater than0.3.
