摘要
为了实现瞄准镜的瞄准基线变化量在大范围下的高分辨检测,设计一种双远心光路的投影物镜。投影物镜将大靶面、高像素OLED成像在准直物镜的焦面上,经准直物镜后形成无穷远目标,该目标进入被测瞄准镜后成像在瞄准镜的分划板上,通过调节OLED电子分划来实现被测瞄准镜瞄准基线的测量。双远心光路采用准对称的结构以及对称变换设计方法,用Zemax软件对光学系统进行仿真和优化,达到了大视场(物方线视场2y=120mm)、长工作距离(物距达到500mm)、低畸变(全视场畸变低于0.1%)、高分辨率(全视场100lp/mm处MTF大于0.3,且点列图弥散斑直径小于8μm)、大景深(景深大于30mm)、和双远心(物方和像方远心度均小于0.1)的设计要求。系统成像质量良好,设计参数和指标满足光路衔接原则。
In order to achieve the detection of the aiming baseline variation of gun sight with a high resolution and large field of view,one projection optical system of dual-telecentric optic path had been designed. The large target high-pixel OLED was imaged on the collimating lens focal plane by projection lens, then the infinity targets were formed thereby the collimating lens. Entering the measured sight,the target was imaged on the reticle of the sight;the aiming baseline of the measured sight was measured by adjusting the OLED electronics division. The quasi-symmetrical structure and symmetrical transformation design method was adopted in the double-telecentric optical path. The optical system was simulated and optimized with Zemax software,achieving the design requirements of a large field of view(2 y=120 mm for object square lines) and a long working distance(distance up to 500 mm);low distortion(less than0.5% total field distortion); high resolution(MTF0.3 at full field 100 lp/mm and spot diameter less than 8μm);large depth of field(depth of field greater than 30 mm),and telecentric optical path(both party and telecentricity are less than 0.05). The imaging quality of the system was good,and the design parameters and targets met the principle of optical path connection.
