摘要 蛋白磷酸酶2A(protein phosphatase 2A,PP2A)是真核生物体内一种重要的Ser/Thr蛋白磷酸酶,在细胞的生理过程中起着重要的作用。PP2A是体内存在于胞浆,具有广泛的去磷酸化作用的蛋白磷酸酶。调节性T细胞是体内一类调控自身免疫的T细胞亚群,调节性T细胞的状态变化很可能会诱发自身免疫性疾病。PP2A在调节性T细胞中通过抑制m TORC1途径而对调节性T细胞进行抑制。肝组织内的Kupffer细胞是体内最大的巨噬细胞群,其发挥作用的主要方式是分泌释放不同类型炎症细胞因子引发或抑制炎症反应。PP2A可能通过调控Kupffer细胞中NF-κB p65活化信号转导通路的磷酸化水平来调控NF-κB的表达水平从而调控机体免疫进展。PP2A通过对二者的调控对机体免疫的激活与耐受有重要意义。 Protein phosphatase 2A (PP2A) is an important Ser/Thr protein phosphatase in eukaryotes and plays an important role in the physiological process of cells. Regulatory T cells are a group of T-cell subgroups regulating the immune system. PP2A inhibits regulatory T cells largest group of macrophages in The state changes of regulatory T cells are likely to induce autoimmune diseases. by inhibiting mTORC 1 pathway in regulatory T cells. Kupffer cells in the liver is the vivo. The main function of Kupffer cells in the liver is to release different types of inflammatory cytokines to induce inflammation or immunosuppression. PP2A may regulate the expression level of NF-κB by regulating the phosphorylation level of NF-KB p65 activation signal transduetion pathway in KCs. PP2A is of great significance for the activation and tolerance of immune system.
