摘要
该文介绍了一种掘进机用的移动液压泵站,通过对泵站液压控制系统和电控系统的集成设计,该泵站可以实现液压手动和遥控两种控制方式。通过试验验证该泵站能满足生产过程中整机和液压元部件的实验。
This paper introduces a mobile hydraulic pump station for roadheader. By means of the integrated design of the hydraulic control system and the electric control system of the pump station, the pump station can realize two kinds of control modes, namely, the hydraulic manual and the remote control. The experiment shows that the pump station can meet the experiment of the whole machine and the hydraulic component in the production process.
