摘要
设计了基于LabVIEW液压马达测试系统。使用西门子S7-200PLC作为控制器,对加载泵、电磁阀等执行原件进行控制操作;应用PCI6220数据采集卡对液压马达系统的温度、压力、转速、流量等数据进行采集;应用LabVIEW对数据进行处理并显示。用组态软件进行监控画面的编制,实现液压马达试验台的实时监控、数据采集与处理,系统结构简单,高效、稳定、易于扩展。
A LabVIEW hydraulic motor test system is designed in this paper. In the system, using Siemens S7-200PLC as the controller can control loading pump, solenoid valve and other execution. Using PCI6220 data acquisition card can acquit tem- perature, pressure, speed and flow rate and other data of the hydraulic motor system. Then using LabVIEW display the data. Using configuration software monitor screen preparation and could realize real-time monitoring of hydraulic motor test platform, data acquisition and system processing. The system has simple structured, high efficiency, stable, and easy to be extended.
