摘要 以计算机和PLC作为上、下位机构成的测控系统在工业控制中有着广泛的应用。以三菱FX3U系列PLC为例,基于LabVIEW平台设计了工控机与PLC的串口通信程序,实现了工控机对PLC的实时监控。该程序被应用于液压缸举升试验测控系统,能有效对液压缸举升试验过程进行实时监测和自动化控制。系统运行结果表明,该通信方式稳定可靠,实现了预期目标,同时也减少了编程工作量,具有一定的应用前景与价值。 PC and PLC are widely used as the host computer and slave computer respectively in the measurement and control system. Taking Mitsubishi' s FX3U PLC as an example, the serial communication program between industrial control computer and PLC is designed based on LabVIEW to realize the real-time measurement and control of PLC. This program is applied to the measurement and control system of hydraulic cylinder lifting test to offer efficient, real-time monitoring and control. The operation result of the system indicates that the communication is reliable. It meets the requirement of the expected target, reduces workload of the programming and has a certain application prospect and value.
