摘要 采用计算机虚拟仪器(V I)技术开发的液压泵性能试验测控系统,实现了液压泵的多参数实时数据采集、处理、显示、保存及控制等功能。借助于L abV IEW图形化编程软件,组建了3种数据采集测试系统:转速、流量测试系统;系统压力测试系统;荷重测试系统以及步进电机控制系统,并给出了测试与控制过程的虚拟前面板及部分程序框图。虚拟仪器在液压泵性能试验上的开发应用,提高了试验过程的自动化和智能化水平以及测试效率和精度。 The system of hydraulic pump measurement and control realizes the function of data gathering, treating, showing, saving and controlling based on virtual instrument. Relying on LabVIEW's operative platform we have set up three kinds of systems, they are the measurement systems on rotational speed, flow, pressure, loading and controlling system of step motor, and given front panel of measurement and control on function experiments and some procedure frame diagram of pump. The development application on the hydraulic pump has improved the automation and intelligent level and test efficiency and precision of the experiment course based on virtual instrument.
