摘要
针对常见的平衡阀平衡回路存在的能量损失问题,通过对其功率损失进行计算分析,提出了平衡阀平衡回路节能技术的两个研究方向,从这两个方向着手研究,提出了自重下降、再生回路、能量回收利用三种节能型平衡阀平衡回路,并对其节能性能进行了详细的分析研究。
Aimed at the problem of energy loss existing in common pressure balance circuit controlled by counterbalance valve,two research directions about it' s energy-saving technology were proposed by calculation and analysis for it' s power loss. Based on these two aspects,the three energy-saving models which are gravity conjunction drop, regenerative circuit and energy reclaim were presented and it' s energy-saving performance further analysed in details.
