基于响应面法的页岩相似材料配比试验研究 被引量:2

Proportion Test Study on Materials Similar to Shale Based on Response Surface Methodology

摘要 为高效选取页岩相似材料配比,使用水泥和石膏为胶结材料,河砂和重晶石粉为骨料配制页岩相似材料,采用响应面法进行试验设计及数据分析,以砂胶比(骨料质量/胶结材料质量)、水泥含量(水泥质量/胶结材料质量)、重晶石含量(重晶石粉质量/骨料质量)3个因素作为控制因素,以密度、单轴抗压强度和弹性模量作为目标响应,分别建立了相似材料密度、单轴抗压强度、弹性模量与各配比因素间的多元非线性回归模型。对因素进行了方差分析和响应面分析,研究表明,砂胶比、水泥含量、重晶石含量对相似材料密度、单轴抗压强度、弹性模量均有显著影响,且砂胶比和水泥含量对密度、单轴抗压强度、弹性模量有显著的交互影响,砂胶比和重晶石含量对密度有显著的交互影响,水泥含量和重晶石含量对单轴抗压强度、弹性模量有显著的交互影响。确定了用于页岩相似材料配比的经验方程,并进行了试验验证。研究证明,响应面法在相似材料配比试验应用中具有较好的适用性和有效性。 In order to high-efficiently choose the proportion of material similar to shale, the cement and gypsum were used as cementing materials, and the sand and barite powder were used as the aggregate preparation of materials similar to shale, the response surface methodology was adopted to design test and analyze the data. The sand-blinder ratio, cement content and barite conten were taken as control factors, and the density, uniaxial compressive strength and elastic modulus were considered as target response values. Then, the multivariate and nonlinear regression models between three factors with density, uniaxial compressive strength and elastic modulus of similar materials were established respectively. And the three factors were analyzed by variance analysis and response surface analysis. The research showed that the sand-blinder ratio, cement content and barite con- tent had significant effects on similar materials density, uniaxial compressive strength and elastic modulus. The sand-blinder ratio and cement content had significant interaction effects on density, the uniaxial compressive strength and elastic modulus, sand-bllnder ratio and barite content had obvious interaction on the density, and the cement content and barite content had significant interaction effects on uniaxial compressive strength and elastic modulus. The empirical equation for the proportion of materials similar to shale was obtained and verified. The results showed that the response surface methodology had a good applicability and validity on proportion test of materials similar to shale.
