摘要 通过对再生混凝土力学性能和工作性的实验分析,研究了再生骨料取代率对再生混凝土抗压强度、抗折强度和劈裂抗拉强度的影响,以及拉压比和折压比的变化规律。实验结果表明:随着再生骨料质量取代率的增加,再生混凝土拌合物的坍落度从基准混凝土的200mm降至取代率为60%时的10mm;当再生骨料取代率小于40%时,28d抗压强度、劈拉强度和抗折强度基本达到普通混凝土标准;当再生骨料取代率不大于30%时,再生混凝土的劈拉强度略高于基准混凝土。再生骨料取代率小于50%时,可以制备出工作性和力学性能良好的再生混凝土。 This paper discussed the influence of recycled aggregate replacement ratio on mechanical strength of recycled aggregate concrete by means of concrete slumps and mechanical properties.Further investigations of recycled aggregate replacement ratio on bending properties,such as fold the compression ratio and ratio of tension and compression,were carried out.The results show that with the increase of the quality replacement ratio of recycled aggregate,the slumping of recycled aggregate concrete decreased with aggregate dosage,reducing from 200 mm to 10 mm at 60%.When recycled aggregate concrete was less than 40%,28 d compression strength,tensile strength and breaking strength meet the basic standard of ordinary concrete;And when replacement ratio of recycled aggregate concrete was not greater than 30%the split tensile strength was slightly higher than the base concrete.It is concluded that the recycled aggregate concrete with good function and mechanical properties can be prepared when the aggregate replacement ratio is less than 50%.
