摘要 未来30年,人口老龄化程度将进一步加深,要求养老产业加快发展,但作为其核心资源的养老从业者却严重短缺,因此,老年服务与管理专业人才的培养也急需加速。要求学生在职业意识、职业化行为、职业化素养、职业化技能等方面进行提升和训练,以满足未来工作岗位的需求。从本院老年服务与管理专业的人才培养实际出发,探讨职业化规范管理在该专业人才培养中的应用,力图破解老年服务与管理专业人才培养中职业化规范管理的难点问题,为教育教学提供有针对性的对策和建议。 The aging population degree of the next 30 years will be further deepened, and this requires pension industry to speed up the development. Yet as its core resource, elder practitioner shortage is serious, so the talents cultivation of the elderly services and management majors also needs to speed up. Students are required to improve and train their professional awareness, professional behavior, professionalism and professional skills to meet the needs of future jobs. Starting from the talent training practice of elderly services and management major, it discusses the application of normative management in the talent training, and attempts to work out the issues in the normative management to provide targeted countermeasures and suggestions for the education teaching.
