摘要
随着社会的发展、人口老龄化程度的加深,老年人需求不断增长,专业人才的缺失已成为制约养老产业发展的重要因素。探索并推广符合我国国情的老年服务与管理专业人才培养模式具有现实意义。以山东商业职业技术学院老年服务与管理专业为例,结合山东省重点教学改革研究课题和山东省"十三五"规划产教融合项目,探索老年服务与管理专业产学研用一体化的人才培养模式。
With the development of our society,the aging of the population is deepening and the demand for the elderly is growing. The lack of professional talent has become an important factor to limit the development of pension industry. Therefore,it is a practical significance to explore and promote the training mode of senior service and management. This article will take the Shandong Institute of Commerce and Technology＇s major of Elderly Serv-ices and Management as an example. Combined the key teaching reform research project in Shandong Province with the 13th Five-Year＂ planning the integration of production and education project,to explore the integration of tal-ents and management in the field of service management.
