摘要
我国的人口老龄化日趋严重,但老年服务与管理专业人才的供需矛盾日渐突出,开展校企协同育人为老年产业培养急需的发展型技术技能人才已成为该领域的重要课题。山东商业职业技术学院老年服务与管理专业通过校企协同育人实践,搭建了校企协同育人平台,建立了校企协同育人体制,完善了校企协同育人运行机制,取得显著的育人效果,为老年产业的人才培养探索了一条有效的可行之路。
The aging population is becoming more and more serious in China,but the imbalance between the supply and demand of elderly services and management professionals is increasingly prominent. Therefore, it has become an important issue in this field to set up the model of cooperative education between schools and enterprises to train the aging technology talents for the elderly industry. In this paper, the cooperative education between schools and enterprises system is established and the operation mechanism is improved,through the school-enter-prise cooperation education practice of elderly service and management major of Shandong Institute of Commerce and Technology. The education platform obtains remarkable effect,and explores an effective way for the talent cultivation of the elderly industry.
