摘要
产教融合协同育人是民办高校人才培养目标实现的新方向。当前产教融合协同育人存在主体认识不深刻、育人模式单一、师资队伍建设滞后和质量保障体系与评估体系不健全等问题解决上述问题,关键是构建政府协调和法律约束机制、良好的校内外运行机制、产教融合培养模式创新机制、教师校企互聘互兼双向培养机制,健全多重评估和监督等机制。
The integration and coordination between industry and schools has become a new approach for private universities to achieve their goals of talent cultivation,yet some problems are found to be harmful to the success of these institutions such as some universities' superficial understanding of the approach,their uniform cultivation modes,impeded training of teaching staff and imperfect quality assurance system and assessment mechanism,etc.To solve these problems,it is necessary to establish a government-coordinated and law-binding system,an effective on and off-campus operation system,an innovative mechanism for the talent cultivation mode integrating both industry and schools,a bilateral teacher training mechanism based on school-company cooperation and other diversified mechanisms on assessment and supervision.
