摘要
在"去产能,调结构"的大背景下,各级政府加大了对第一、二、三产业的结构调整,并适度的开发符合地方发展的优势产业。为了更好的推动地方优势产业的发展,地方高校应遵循产教深度融合的理念,进行高校特色教育改革,从人力资源方面提供产业发展保障。由此,文章提出新时期高校特色建设与地方优势产业结合的发展策略研讨,明确地方高校特色转型发展的内涵,分析影响当前地方高校转型发展与特色建设中政府、高校和社会企业三方面的因素,最后给出了促进地方高校特色建设与优势产业结合的发展对策。
Under the background of "capacity reduction and industrial structure adjustment", governments at all levels have increased the structural adjustment of the first, second and third industries, and appropriately developed advantageous industries that are in line with local development. In order to better promote the development of local advantageous industries, local colleges and universities should follow the concept of deep integration of production and education, carry out the reform of characteristic education in colleges and universities, and provide industrial development guarantee from the perspective of human resources. Therefore, this paper proposes a development strategy discussion on the combination of university characteristic construction and local superior industry in the new era, clarifies the connotation of local colleges' characteristic transformation and development, and analyzes the factors affecting the transformation of local universities and the government, universities and social enterprises. Finally, the development countermeasures to promote the combination of local colleges' characteristic construction and advantageous industries are given.
