摘要
电子设备在设计和制造过程中,会出现工艺的缺陷,主要包括设计缺陷以及制造缺陷,其中制造缺陷就是常说的工艺缺陷。工艺缺陷的出现,会导致在电子设备的使用过程中影响可靠性以及后面的维修性,因此文章对电子设备工艺缺陷及其可靠性、维修性进行研究分析。
Electronic equipment in the design and manufacturing process, there will be process defects, mainly including design defects and manufacturing defects, in which manufacturing defects are often called process defects. Due to the appearance of process defects, the reliability and maintainability of electronic equipment will be affected in the process of use. Therefore, this paper studies and analyzes the process defects and their reliability and maintainability of electronic equipment.
