摘要
文中介绍了一种宇航电源模块的设计过程,热设计和设计优化手段,同时提出了考虑可维修性的可分离式设计理念。对于新研制的产品具有重要的参考价值。基于建立的仿真模型,仿真分析了器件在稳态条件下的器件温升。仿真结果表明器件满足I级降额要求,设计合理可靠。
The design for a space power adapter module is introduced in this paper, including structure design procedures, thermal design and optimization methods. The concept of separable designing is also implemented, which results in higher maintainability, and is of great significance in guiding new projects in the future. Based on the simulation model, the temperature of working electric units is analyzed in the steady situation. The results show that all the electric units meet the demands of the derating rules level I, which means this design work is reasonable and reliable.
