摘要
基于2006—2011年31个省级区域的经济与金融数据,构建静态空间面板计量模型,对法制环境、银行业市场结构与普惠金融之间的关系进行实证分析。结果显示,不同地区普惠金融之间存在显著的空间正相关关系,且法制环境、银行业市场结构对普惠金融的影响存在空间关联效应。地区法制环境的改善既能够直接对普惠金融产生积极促进作用,又能够通过优化银行业市场结构进而对普惠金融产生积极影响;地区银行业市场结构的优化有助于促进普惠金融的持续发展。不同地区法制环境、政府作为和经济发展水平作用下的银行业市场结构(HHI)调整都对普惠金融产生一定影响。
Based on the economic and financial data of 31 provinces from 2006 to 2011,this paper builds a static spatial model to make empirical analyses on the relationship among law environment,banking structure and financial inclusion.The results show that financial inclusion among different regions exists significant spatial positive relationship.Law environment,and banking structure have effects on financial inclusion,and the effects have spatial correlation effect.The improvement of legal environment not only has positve effects on financial inclusion,but also promotes the optimizing of banking structure,and further has positve effects on financial inclusion;the optimizing of banking structure helps to promote the sustainable development of financial inclusion.The adjustment of banking structure under the influence of law enviroment,government action and economic development in different reigions has effects on financial inclusion.
