威整电站水轮机抗磨损改造

摘要 广东省四会市威整水电站,自20世纪70年代投运后,由于泥沙磨损,平均每年更换一次转轮。通过对多泥沙河流水轮机磨损量影响因素分析,在电站技术改造时,选择了较低的机组转速,更换了转轮材料,使机组可长期稳定运行。通过该实例,揭示多泥沙河流水轮机抗泥沙磨损的原理和工程化方法。 The Weizheng Hydropower Station in Sihui City of Guangdong Province, has changed its rotating wheel every year on average since it was put into operation in the 1970s due to sediment abrasion. Through the analysis of the factors influeneing the wear amount of the multi-sediment river turbine, the lower unit speed is selected for the technical transformation of the power station, and the rotating wheel material is replaced, so that the unit could run stably for a long time. Through this example, the antisediment wear principle and engineering method of multi-sediment river turbine are revealed.
