摘要 鼓形齿联轴器以其结构紧凑、承载能力大、适用速度范围广等特点,在船舶、风电、航空、冶金等工程领域得到广泛应用,其性能直接影响整机的性能。目前,针对鼓形齿联轴器的设计分析,国内外学者已经开展了广泛的研究工作。从鼓形齿联轴器的应用现状、鼓形齿齿面加工、几何接触分析、承载接触分析、磨损强度、动力学等方面系统地评述了国内外学者对鼓形齿联轴器的设计分析的研究现状,结合船用特大鼓形齿联轴器尺寸大、传递转矩大以及工作环境恶劣等特点,给出了船用鼓形齿联轴器需要进一步研究的问题。 With the characteristic of compact structure, high load capability, wide speed applicability, the crown gear coupling is widely used in mechanical engineering, such as marine, wind power, aerospace and metallurgy. The characteristics of crown gear coupling will directly affect the performance of mechanism equip- ment. Many researchers have carried out extensive and in - depth research on the design and analysis of crown gear coupling. From the application status, crown gear surface processing, geometric contact analysis, bearing contact analysis, wear strength and the dynamics and so on, the study status of the design and analysis of crown gear coupling at home and abroad is summarized, Combining with the characteristics of a large marine crown gear coupling, such as a large size, a high torque, and used in a harsh environment, some critical issues for further study are also given.
