摘要
作为内转塔式系泊系统安全运行的关键环节,单点浮筒的结构安全问题尤为突出,一旦出现问题,往往 会导致油田停产,造成巨大经济损失,这是油公司不愿意看到的.近年来,南海地区超强台风频发,且已超 出初始设计环境条件,越来越恶劣的自然环境,使得FPSO的安全运维遇到了极大的挑战.论文针对内转塔 式单点浮筒结构计算进行了深入研究,给出了一种可行的数值模拟方法,即接触有限元分析方法,以解决浮 筒结构计算问题,并根据计算结果给出了运营期间可操作的解决方案,为相同类型内转塔式FPSO安全运营, 提供了有力支持.
For safe operation of SPM, structure of the buoy plays a prominent role. Recently, frequently typhoons occurred in the South China Sea and environmental condition is more severe than initial design environment condition (100 years condition), which is a great challenge for the security of FPSO. In this article, a numerical simulation method is introduced to analyze buoy structure, and a feasible solution is given.
