基于性能检测的SCR脱硝系统加装催化剂研究

Research on the Test of SCR Catalyst by Adding Reserve Layer

摘要 围绕目前火力发电厂普遍面临的SCR脱硝系统加装第三层催化剂的实际情况,针对某300 MW机组在役旧催化剂和预加装的新催化剂,分别进行了几何特性、理化特性及反应活性的测试。在役旧催化剂表面出现少量磨损和化学斑块,但其比表面积、磨损强度及粘附强度均保持良好,在测试条件下旧催化剂的活性K值为27.9 m/h,新催化剂的K值为33.8 m/h,按照新旧催化剂体积量比例组成混装催化剂并测试了其脱硝性能,系统脱硝率达到92%,氨逃逸为2.1μL/L,SO_2/SO_3转化率为0.91%,满足SCR脱硝设计要求。 The SCR denitrification system of many thermal power plant faces the adding reserve catalyst layer at present. The geometric characteristics, physical and chemical properties and the reaction activity were tested for the old catalyst and new catalyst of a 300MW coal-fired plant. There was a small amount of wear and chemical patch on the surface of the catalyst in service, but the specific surface area, adhesion strength and abrasion resistance were all kept well. The activity is 27.9m/h and 33.Sm/h for the old catalyst and new catalyst respectively under the test condition. The mixed catalyst was formed according to the volume ratio of the new and old catalyst in the actual SCR reactor. Denitfification efficiency of the mixed catalyst was 92%. The ammonia slip was 2.1μL/L, and the SO2/SO3 conversion rate was 0.91%. These comply the requirements of SCR system design.
