摘要
目的分析典型案例教学法在神经内科临床实践教学中的应用价值。方法 2016年1月—2017年4月选择在神经内科进行实习的医学本科生,共计100名,并按照电脑编码分组,研究组予以典型案例教学法进行临床实践教学,对照组予以传统教学法;分析组间医学本科生的三项专业成绩、对教学方法的满意度情况。结果研究组的三项专业成绩和对教学方法的满意度情况均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在神经内科临床实践教学中应用典型案例教学法,能够保证教学内容的系统性,可以提高医学本科生的专业成绩。
Objective To analyze the application value of typical case teaching method in the clinical practice teaching in the department of neurology. Methods 100 cases of medical undergraduates in our hospital from January 2016 to April 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the research group used the typical case teaching method for clinical practice teaching, while the control group used the traditional teaching method, and the professional score and sat- isfactory degree to the teaching method were compared between groups. Results The three professional scores and satisfac- tory degree to the teaching method in the research group were better than those in the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of typical case teaching method in the clinical practical teaching in the department of neurology can ensure the systematieness of teaching contents and improve the professional scores of medical undergraduates.
