层级培训应用于消化内科新护士带教管理中的意义分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究层级培训对于该院消化内科新护士带教管理中的意义。方法在2016年6—9月期间选取该院的14名消化内科新护士自由组合后分成两组,即对照组和观察组。对照组的7名新护士选择临床常规教学方法,观察组的7名新护士则是在临床常规教学方法上进一步采用层级培训。经过两种教学方法后,对新护士对于教学的满意度情况以及综合能力进行比较。结果结果显示,观察组的7名新护士对于教学的满意度以及综合能力评分均明显优于对照组的7名新护士(P<0.05)。结论层级培训能够显著提高消化内科新护士的综合能力,满意度高。 Objective To study the significance of hierarchical training in the teaching and management of new nurses in the Department of Digestive Medicine in our hospital. Methods From June 2016 to September 2016, 14 new nurses in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. That is, the control group and the observation group. The 7 new nurses in the control group chose the clinical routine teaching method, while the 7 new nurses in the observation group adopted the hierarchical training in the clinical routine teaching method. The satisfaction of new nurses in teaching and their compre- hensive ability were compared. Results The results showed that 7 new nurses in the observation group were more satisfied with teaching than that in the control group. The scores of satisfaction and comprehensive ability were significantly better than that of 7 new nurses in the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion The hierarchical training can significantly improve the comprehensive ability of new nurses in digestive system department, and the satisfaction is high.
