摘要
目的研究在肿瘤内科护理带教中PDCA循环结合PBL教学法的应用效果。方法于2018年1—12月选取肿瘤内科护理带教实习护士80名,根据随机法分组,各40名。控制组应用常规带教和管理,而实验组应用PBL教学法结合PDCA循环管理。比较两组实习护士考核成绩、综合能力评分以及满意度评分。结果两组操作技能、理论知识成绩、综合能力评分、对带教管理满意度评分对比发现实验组更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肿瘤内科护理带教中PDCA循环结合PBL教学法的应用效果显著,可显著提升实习护士考核成绩,可显著提升实习护士综合能力,且各方面满意度较高。
Objective To study the application effect of PDCA cycle combined with PBL teaching method in oncology nursing teaching.Methods From January to December 2018,selected 80 people of medical oncology nursing training nurses who were grouped according to the random method,with 40 people.The control group applied conventional teaching and management,while the experimental group applied PBL teaching method combined with PDCA cycle management.Compare the assessment scores,comprehensive ability scores and satisfaction scores of the two groups of practical nurses.Results Two groups of operating skills,theoretical knowledge scores,comprehensive abilities,satisfaction with teaching management comparison found that the experimental group was better,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of PDCA cycle combined with PBL teaching method in medical oncology nursing teaching is significant,which can significantly improve the appraisal performance of practice nurses and the comprehensive ability of practice nurses,and the satisfaction of all aspects is high.
