摘要
该文第一部分主要针对当前我国医院妇产科卫生安全管理存在的普遍问题如医疗设备仪器更新缓慢及药品安全隐患、医护人员自身缺乏卫生安全管理意识、管理制度、人员技术能力等进行阐述,并提出针对性的应对策略。该文第一部分主要针对当前我国医院妇产科卫生安全管理存在的普遍问题进行阐述,并据此于第二部分提出针对性的应对策略。
The first part of the article focuses on the general problems existing in the health management of obstetrics and gynecology in China＇s hospitals, such as the slow renewal of medical equipment and the hidden dangers of drug safety, the lack of awareness of health and safety management of the medical staft, management system, and personnel technical capabilities. Explain and propose a specific coping strategy.The paper mainly elaborates the common issues of health safety in the department of gynecology and obstetrics in China in the first part and puts forwards the countermeasures according to the issues in the second part.
