摘要
应用型本科院校创新创业教育发展的瓶颈是校内外资源未得到有效整合,协同育人功能尚未得到有效发挥。构建校、政、企、社协同创新育人体系,有效发挥内外各要素联动耦合功能,不仅是应用型本科院校提升创新创业教育的实效性、深入推动高校教育教学改革的现实需要,也是应用型本科院校适应国家创新驱动发展战略、促进全要素建设创新型国家的重要举措。基于此,本文主要针对如何构建应用型本科院校创新创业教育内外联动协同创新机制进行研究。
The bottleneck of the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in applied-oriented undergraduate colleges is that the resources inside and outside colleges cannot be effectively integrated,and the collaborative education function has not yet been effectively played. It should build a new educational system with collaborative innovation of colleges, government, enterprises and social organizations, and give full play to the coupling function of internal and external factors. It is not only the practical need to promote the effectiveness of innovation and entrepreneurship education in the applied-oriented undergraduate colleges and the reform of education and teaching in colleges and universities, but also an important measure for the appliedoriented colleges to adapt to the national innovation driven development strategy and promote the construction of innovative country with all elements. Based on this, this paper mainly focused on the study of how to construct collaborative innovation mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship education in internal and external linkage of applied-oriented undergraduate colleges.
