摘要
为了解决成品油管道混油掺混处理过程中油品允许掺入比例的问题,对现有的汽柴油掺混模型进行了对比分析。通过开展汽柴油室内掺混实验,得到不同质量潜力的汽柴油中允许掺混比例的数据。利用这些数据,对已有汽柴油掺混模型准确性和安全余量进行了分析,推荐了便于生产应用的计算模型。利用推荐的模型,对兰郑长管道管输油品允许掺混的比例进行了核算。
Some existing calculation models on gasline and diesel blend were compared and analysed,in order to solve the acceptable blend percentage problem in the process of pfoducts pipeline products mixture blend treatment. By indoors experiments of gasoline and diesel blend,some valuable data of the acceptable percentage of different quality gasoline and diesel blend were acquired. The accuracy and safety margins of these existing calculation models were analysed by using these experiment data,and the calculation models that more suitable for field application were recommended. The products acceptable blend percentage in Lan-Zheng-Chang pipeline were calculated by the recommended model.
