摘要
通过实验发现,当柴油中掺入少量的汽油(<0.4%体积分数)时,其他指标都基本不会有明显的变化,只有闪点会明显下降。所以只要通过掺混提高混油的闪点,使其满足标准,就能逐步处理混油。为此,根据实际掺混数据分析研究得到了0号柴油与混油掺混后闪点值变化的数学模型,并做了进一步实际验证。结果表明,按照该模型计算而得的混油掺入量,掺混后闪点值的变化结果与理论值非常吻合,为高效、安全地处理混油提供了可靠依据。
The experiments show that when a small amount of gasoline is added to the diesel fuel (volume fraction is less than 0.4%), the other indicators of the mixing diesel is not basically changed, only its flash point will be significantly decreased. So the flash point of the contaminated diesel (mixed diesel) can be raised by blending qualified diesel to make it meet the requirements of the standard. For this reason, the mathematical model for calculating the flash point of the contaminated diesel blending 0# diesel is established according to the analysis of actual data, and it is proved by a case. The result show that the flash point calculated by the model is very close to the measured value of flash point. The study provides a reliable basis for the efficient and safe processing of contaminated diesel.
