摘要
管道运输是输送石油天然气资源的重要运输方式之一。在油气管道的敷设过程中,不可避免地会穿越土体塌陷区。处于塌陷区的埋地管道由于土体沉降等因素的作用,会导致管道处于悬空状态,在多重载荷作用下,管道会因此弯曲变形甚至会发生断裂。为预防这类事故的发生,需要对管道进行一系列力学分析,以此来评估埋地管道的失效情况。考虑到埋地管道在悬空长度、管道内压、抬升角度变化的情况下应力和应变,利用有限元软件,计算具体情况下的影响参数,为埋地管道在塌陷地区的工程设计提供数据支持。
Pipeline transportation is one of the important transportation modes for transporting oil and gas resources.During the laying of oil and gas pipelines,it will inevitably pass through the soil subsidence area.The buried pipeline in the collapsed area will be suspended due to factors,such as soil settlement and so on.Under multiple loads,the pipeline will be bent and deformed or even fractured.To prevent such accidents,it is necessary to carry out a series of mechanical analyses to assess the failure of the buried pipeline.In this paper,with the help of finite element software,the buried pipeline was simulated,and the stress and strain of the pipeline under different suspended lengths,pipeline internal pressures and lifting angles were analyzed,which could provide some reference for the engineering design of buried pipelines in collapsed areas.
