模拟海洋洋流环境的水压试验装置设计

摘要 文中建立一套能模拟海洋洋流环境的水压试验装置,在内径为50 mm、长度为700 m的不锈钢金属管道中模拟不同的流速和压力的海洋洋流环境,测试海洋洋流对线状设备的影响。根据该试验装置的试验工艺要求,设计了设备原理图,介绍了实现方法及操作流程,计算了管道的沿程压力损失,选择了合适型号的多级离心泵,设计结果满足试验工艺要求。 In order to test the influence of ocean current on linear equipment,a hydraulic test device for simulating ocean current has been set up. The simulation environment of ocean current with different flow and pressure in the stainless steel pipe which inner diameter of 50 mm and length of 700 m. The device schematic diagram has been designed based on the test process requirements of the test device,the implementation method and operation process were introduced,the pressure loss of the pipe along the path was calculated and the suitable multi-stage centrifugal pump was selected. The design results meet the test requirements of the test process.
