摘要
外测法气瓶水压试验装置,5瓶位瓶阀装卸机构和倒水、冲洗机构集成为一体,PLC控制机构为远程控制并实时采集数据,通过通信线路发送实时控制指令。主要解决打压速度慢,效率低的问题。节省了人力,提高了工作效率。
The test device of water jacket hydrostatic test of gas cylinders,the 5 gas cylinders position valve loading and unloading mechanism and the pouring and flushing mechanism are integrated into one. The PLC control mechanism collects data in real time for remote control and sends real-time control instructions through the communication line. It mainly solves the problem of slow pressure and low efficiency. Saves manpower and increases work efficiency.
