摘要
铜水套在铸造过程中出现的铜液气体和夹杂物含量较多,去除困难,预埋铜管变形,熔穿导致通径变小,无法满足通球要求;水套本体与铜管熔合不良,存在间隙,严重降低其热传导性能、铜管与本体熔合率检测方法等问题,通过采取纯铜冶炼工艺及液态粒子保护技术、砂型激冷、TOFD检测技术等方法成功解决了以上问题。产品各项技术指标均符合设计使用要求,并已成功应用,使用情况良好。
The content of gas and inclusions of copper molten was higher in the casting process of copper water jacket,which was difficult to remove.The preembedded copper pipe was deformed,and the size of the pipe decreases as a result of penetration,the pipe hole cannot meet the ball passing requirement.The water jacket and copper pipe were badly fused,and there was gap,which seriously reduced its heat conduction performance,and method for detecting the melting rate of copper pipe and body.The above problems were successfully solved by adopting pure copper smelting process,molten particle protection technology,sand mold quenching,TOFD detection technology and other methods.All technical indicators of the product meet the design and utilizing requirements,and have been successfully applied,and in a good condition.
