摘要
采用弱氧化性熔炼、复合脱氧和流态粒子保护预埋紫铜管等技术措施,有效地解决了纯铜熔炼过程中吸气、铸件冒口上涨和预埋紫铜管熔穿等技术难题,成功地浇注出200多吨高传导率纯铜水套类铸件,替代了昂贵的进口件,并出口到国外。
Using the technology of weak oxidizing smelting, compound deoxidation and fluldied particle protection, preburied copper pipe, etc, the technical problems in pure copper smelting process as regards oxygen absorption and casting riser swell up and preburied copper pipe penetrating,etc effectively solved. The castings of high conductivity pure copper water jacket over 200 t in weight are successfully produced, which replaces the expensive imported ones and is exported abroad with remarkable economic benfit.
