摘要
对红土镍矿的种类及从中提取镍的原理和方法作了简述。介绍了生产镍铁的矿热炉炉衬寿命短的原因和解决办法。提出在矿热炉中采用埋管铸造铜水套,对炉衬实施强制冷却是提高炉衬寿命行之有效的方法之一。
The kinds of laterite nickel ore and the principles and methods of nickel extraction were briefly stated. Introduced the reason and the solution of short life of submerged arc furnace lining. Putting forward that to use buried pipe casting copper water jacket for submerged arc furnace is an effective method to increase the lining life with controlled cooling.
