摘要
分析气体灭火系统规范采用的中期压力计算方法,假定NOVEC1230灭火剂在管路中为液相流动,根据流体力学管流损失的达西公式和阻力平方区的尼古拉茨公式,结合沿程阻力损失系数分析,得到NOVEC1230灭火剂管路沿程压力损失的计算公式,计算NOVEC1230系统喷头末端的压力,并同试验测量值进行对比,计算值与测量值的误差在10%以内,满足相关标准中关于精度的要求。
Based on the middle-pressure calculation method used in GB50370 Gaseous Fire-extinguish System Code, the co- efficient of pipe pressure loss for Novec1230 agent was analyzed acording to the Darcy formula on the pressure loss in round-pipe and Nikuradse formula in drag square zone. The nozzle pressure of a single cylinder fire-extinguishing system and a two cylinder fire-extinguishing system was calculated. The calculation result was compared with the measured value to validate the accuracy of the calculation method. The error between calculation result and measured value is under 10%, so that the proposed method can reach the requirement of relative standard.
