摘要
延安炼油厂分馏塔喷淋型湿式空冷器自2013年投用以来发生多次腐蚀泄露,通过对空冷管束腐蚀主要原因管内低温化学腐蚀、电化学腐蚀和循环冷却水腐蚀进行分析,并采取有针对性的预防措施,进而保证整个催化装置安全平稳运行。
Since2013,the spray-type wet air cooler of fractionator of Yan ＇an refinery have occurred multiple leakage by corrosion,Through the analysis of the reasons for the spray-type wet air cooler of fractionator that is cryochemistry corrosion,Electrochemical Corrosion and circulating cooling water corrosion,and take preventive measures,thus the safety of the catalytic devices and the stability of operation can be fully insured.
