摘要
针对炼油厂丙烷脱沥青装置的腐蚀,对咪唑啉型丙烷脱沥青缓蚀中和剂进行了研究。2002年该剂成功应用于独山子石化公司二套丙烷脱沥青装置的中、低压系统,在注入浓度为30mg/L的情况下,使系统排水中的铁离子降到了2mg/L以下。
An imidazoline-based corrosion inhibitor was developed based upon the corrosions of refinery propane deasphalting unit and successfully applied in the medium and low pressure systems of 2 # propane deasphalting unit of Dushanzi Petrochemical Company. The iron ions in the drained water were lower than 2 mg/L at an injection concentration of 30 mg/L.
